We pride ourselves on using one of the best delivery services available. However, from time to time there are difficulties that may arise. Kelly's Flowers or their delivery suppliers will not be held accountable if the delivery information is incorrectly supplied including postcodes and telephone numbers. If the recipient has moved address and they are at a different address from the one supplied we will not proceed with the delivery nor will we refund the money owed for the product/s or services ordered. Please be sure of the details before confirming the order.
We deliver orders to anywhere within Wellington with a Standard delivery charge: $18.50 per address.
Delivery prices are subject to change without notice and are in New Zealand dollars. All delivery charges added on top of the product price(s). All flowers are water wrapped and will be left at doorstep in a safe shelter if nobody is home.
Same day delivery, orders need to be received by 2:30pm.
Please note that we do not deliver on Sunday without prior arrangement.
